AGENTIFIC AI, LLC strictly prohibits the commercialization, monetization, or third-party sale of any client proprietary data, custom model weights, or business operational telemetry. All telemetry transmitted via our API endpoints is encrypted in transit and at rest using rigorous enterprise standards.

We enforce strict limitations on log retention. Upon contract close or formal termination, all client operational records and training checkpoints are subjected to complete, verifiable enterprise data purge protocols within mandated operational windows.
