Terms of Service and Contractual Enforceability

All software development, agentic AI architectures, and technical consulting projects are executed under explicit, pre-defined Statements of Work outlining milestones, resource allocations, and acceptance criteria. Upon final payment completion for delivered custom codebases, clients retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all proprietary code produced specifically for the engagement.

All contracts, disputes, and commercial interpretations are governed strictly under the legal jurisdiction and statutes of the State of Florida. Limitation of liability is explicitly capped at total fees paid under the active Statement of Work during the preceding twelve months.
